Ayesha joined Impact in January 2019. She has over 15 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector across international jurisdictions, with particular expertise advising Africa and Asia-focused independents.
She has advised on a wide range of transactional and operational matters at Impact, providing legal and compliance direction to the Company for its next phase of growth.
Ayesha’s previous experience includes roles at FTSE listed oil and gas companies Ophir Energy plc and Salamander Energy plc, as well as time at Herbert Smith Freehills and EDF Energy.
She holds a law degree and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
